About
Meet Stephen Samojeden
The person behind DezResto's restorations and real estate.
Owner & Agent
Stephen Samojeden
Meet the person behind every DezResto project. Stephen is the one on-site stripping a place down to the studs, and the one on the phone helping a buyer find the right property in the High Desert. He founded DezResto to bring both sides of that work — restoration and real estate — under one roof, so clients get someone who actually understands what a home needs, not just what it's listed for.
Based in Joshua Tree and working across Yucca Valley, Landers, and the surrounding High Desert, Stephen has restored everything from mid-century cabins to a vintage Airstream, and is an affiliated agent of Joshua Tree Modern (DRE #02446393).
