Who we are

DezResto ("we," "us") provides home restoration and real estate services in Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, and the surrounding California High Desert. Information we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us directly:

• Your name, email, phone number, and message, if you fill out our contact form. Submitting the form opens a pre-addressed email in your own email app — we don't receive anything until you send that email yourself.
• Any information you choose to include in a direct email or phone call to us.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as needed to respond to your inquiry (for example, forwarding a real estate question to our affiliated brokerage, Joshua Tree Modern).

Real estate listings

Listings shown on our Desert Real Estate pages are sourced from Joshua Tree Modern's public listings. Clicking a listing takes you to a page on our own site with a link to inquire — we do not track which listings you view.

Third-party services

This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and, on some pages, listing photos hosted on Squarespace's content delivery network. Loading these resources may share your IP address and browser information with those providers as a normal part of how the web works, independent of anything we control.

Your choices

You're never required to submit the contact form or provide any information to browse this site. If you've contacted us and would like us to delete your information, email Samo71@gmail.com and we'll remove it from our records.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
